Job summary

AION Management LLC seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician at Reserves at Tidewater in Norfolk, VA. This role leads maintenance across residential units, common areas, and building systems, acting as a technical expert and mentor to the maintenance team.

You will perform advanced troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance while coordinating with service leadership and vendors. EPA certification and 3+ years of experience preferred; on-call rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred).
• 3+ years of maintenance or facilities experience, preferably in multifamily or property management.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems.
• EPA Universal Certification required; CAMT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
• Complete unit turns and service requests accurately and within service levels.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues and participate in on-call rotations.
• Mentor technicians and ensure quality control of completed work.
