Job summary

AION Management is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for the Reserves at Tidewater in Norfolk, VA. You will perform advanced maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance across residential units and building systems, serving as a technical lead for the maintenance team.

You will mentor staff, support training, and ensure safety and compliance with life-safety standards. The role requires EPA Universal Certification and a valid driver’s license, with on-site work and on-call

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 3+ years of maintenance or facilities experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems.
• EPA Universal Certification required; CAMT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of building systems.
• Complete unit turns and service requests within established SLAs.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues and participate in on-call rotations.
• Mentor technicians and support quality control and training.
