Job summary

Novo Health Services, LLC in Louisville, KY, seeks a Maintenance Tech III to install, repair, and maintain large textile processing equipment and facility systems. This role reports to the Chief Engineer and requires hands-on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic work.

You will handle start-up/shut-down procedures, engage in electrical troubleshooting, welding, and boiler-related tasks while upholding safety standards in a busy industrial laundry setting.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalency preferred.
• 2 years: Electrical Troubleshooting, Welding, Mechanical Engineering.
• 1-2 years: Machine repair, troubleshooting, PMs.
• Technical training in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs and maintains industrial processing equipment.
• Troubleshoots electrical issues.
• Responds to daily maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
• Diagnoses problems, replaces parts, tests and adjusts.
• Looks for opportunities to improve maintenance processes.
• Works with plant personnel in a cooperative, professional manner.
• Follows safety rules and procedures; ensures safe, efficient work.
• Follows written and verbal instructions; performs other tasks as directed.
