Job summary

NOVO Health Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician III for our Healthcare Laundry in Madison, TN. The role centers on installing, repairing, and maintaining large industrial textile processing equipment, including start-up/shut-down procedures and boiler operation.

Applicants will troubleshoot electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and work with plant personnel to minimize downtime while complying with safety policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years maintenance engineering experience with knowledge of machinery, electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and boiler applications.
• Proficient in the proper use of power and hand tools; able to read instructions and perform basic math.
• Strong English communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on industrial processing equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and diagnose problems.
• Operate and maintain boilers; follow safety rules and procedures.
• Coordinate with plant personnel and supervision to minimize downtime.
