• 3–5 years of verifiable experience in industrial troubleshooting and heavy equipment maintenance.
• Own basic hand tools.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain recycling facility equipment, including heavy mobile equipment, conveyors and shredders.
• Install new equipment and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Complete work orders and document repairs.
• Identify needed parts and source replacements using research tools.
• Work in varied positions and adhere to safety requirements.
• Provide and receive constructive feedback to support coaching.
• Possibly work multiple shifts and other duties as assigned.
