Job summary

Trex is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to support production equipment repairs and upgrades, and to perform general and preventive maintenance on-site. You will be a key member of our Operations team, maintaining mechanical and electrical systems and learning PLC ladder logic.

2-4 years of industrial maintenance experience is required, with a high school diploma or GED and welding experience. An associate degree in industrial maintenance is a plus, and ability to lift 50 pounds and attend offsite

• High School Diploma or GED required; welding experience.
• Associate degree in industrial maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of all mechanical and electrical systems on-site.
• Learn to troubleshoot programmable logic controls and understand ladder logic.
• Responsible for metal fabrication, machining, and welding as required.
• Support engineering in improvements and new product processes.
• Participation in housekeeping to keep plant safe and presentable.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by team lead or manager.
