Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team. You’ll perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep hotel equipment and facilities operating safely and efficiently, supporting preventative maintenance and upgrades.

You’ll work closely with the Chief Engineer, respond to guest requests with professionalism, and help ensure a welcoming, well-maintained property.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance or facility repair required.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferred.
• Reliable, team-oriented and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain safety standards.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests with professionalism.
• Support other departments and follow all emergency and safety procedures.
