Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team. You’ll perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep hotel equipment and facilities in top condition, assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects, and conduct preventative maintenance checks.

This role requires a hands-on, customer-focused professional with basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems; you’ll respond to guest requests with professionalism

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and maintain safety standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support other departments when needed and follow all emergency and safety procedures.
