Job summary

Concord is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team in Cleveland, OH. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative upkeep to ensure safe and efficient operation of hotel equipment and facilities.

You will support the Chief Engineer on building projects, maintain safety standards, and promptly respond to guest requests with professionalism. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential to create a great workplace for all associates.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance or facility repair.
• Strong problem-solving with hands-on approach.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and maintain safety standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support other departments when needed and follow all emergency and safety procedures.
