Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to ensure each unit and building is in perfect working order.

You’ll apply HVAC, electrical and plumbing skills to deliver reliable comfort for guests and maintain high operating standards across the property. The role requires coordinating preventative maintenance, responding to issues promptly, and working with a team to support a seamless vacation experience.

Qualifications

• Certified HVAC, plumbing or electrical skill required.
• Working knowledge of appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Monitor and repair HVAC system for the entire facility.
• Perform plumbing maintenance including pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and Jacuzzi tubs.
• Replace breakers, ballast and other electrical fixtures including switches and sockets; troubleshoot electrical hazards.
• Perform preventative maintenance of units, common areas and grounds; manage preventive maintenance programs.
