Job summary

NCBiotech in Durham, NC is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and maintain equipment across sterile and GMP processes in aseptic environments. You will collaborate with Production, Technical Operations and Quality teams to ensure compliant, reliable operations and accurate documentation in SAP.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, reading P&IDs/blueprints, scheduling PMs, and supporting a rotational on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of equipment maintenance experience.
• Experience working on Clean Utility systems.
• Proficient in computer systems including DeltaV.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment in manufacturing environments.
• Perform predictive and preventive maintenance; document in SAP and CMMS.
• Troubleshoot complex production and maintenance issues; support after-hours as needed.
• Provide training and guidance to other team members.
• Comply with cGMP, safety and environmental regulations.
