Job summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to service CNC and PLC equipment on a first-shift basis. This permanent, full-time role requires hands-on board-level diagnostics on Siemens, Fanuc, and Allen-Bradley systems and a proactive approach to maintenance to maximize uptime.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and preventive-maintain critical machinery, document repairs in CMMS, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and production.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Siemens, Fanuc, and Allen-Bradley controls, including board-level diagnostics.
• Reading PLC ladder logic and associated electrical/hydraulic schematics.
• Willingness to work overtime as required and document work in CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC and PLC-controlled machinery to keep production running.
• Diagnose faults on Siemens, Fanuc, and Allen-Bradley controllers down to board level using test equipment.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions with engineering, quality, and production teams.
