Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions in Massachusetts is hiring a Maintenance Technician II for our manufacturing operations. This hands-on role focuses on keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

You will diagnose problems, service CNC machines, conveyors, presses, pumps and automated equipment, and maintain accurate maintenance records. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, PLC knowledge with

Qualifications

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Experience with CNC and automated manufacturing equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on production equipment.
Maintain CNC machines, conveyors, presses, pumps, and automated equipment.
Diagnose electrical issues using multimeters, schematics, and testing equipment.
Troubleshoot motors, relays, breakers, and PLCs.
Repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
Identify and order replacement parts as needed.
Work closely with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Follow all safety and environmental procedures.
