Job summary

Fairfield Residential is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for Vintara Apartments in Murrieta, CA. You will perform daily maintenance, diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, and maintain common areas and amenities to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming community.

You'll supervise outside contractors in the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor, coordinate move-ins/outs, and help manage preventative maintenance, inspections, and inventory while adhering to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal license.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance tasks and diagnose/repair issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain pool, hot tub, and other amenities.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of buildings and grounds.
• Supervise duties and outside contractors in the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
• Schedule and document preventative maintenance and apartment turns.
• Assist with safety meetings and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Report potential liabilities and ensure property compliance.
• Maintain inventory and assist in purchasing materials and supplies.
