DSM-Firmenich in New Ulm, MN, is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Tech for the 2nd shift to ensure safe, efficient operation of plant equipment. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance to support production continuity and continuous improvement.

Qualified candidates have a technical diploma or equivalent in mechanical/electrical engineering and at least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience. CMMS and MS Office proficiency are required. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment failures promptly to minimize downtime.
• Conduct plant rounds, inspections, and operational checks (e.g., water treatment, refrigeration).
• Maintain accurate records of spare parts usage and maintenance activities in CMMS.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during tasks.
