dsm-firmenich Anaheim is seeking a Maintenance Tech for second shift to maintain, troubleshoot, repair and install industrial equipment across our facility. You will work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment and report to the Reliability Manager.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance of pumps, heat exchangers, reactors, piping, valves, and PLC-based systems, while ensuring safety and documentation of all work orders for smooth shift handoffs.

Formación

• Minimum of a High School Diploma, Trade School diploma or equivalent.
• Technical education and diploma is preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a food industry facility with mechanical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Protective, Predictive and corrective maintenance programs and daily tasks and check lists.
• Maintain, install and troubleshoot process equipment systems (pumps, agitators, heat exchangers, tanks, reactors, piping, valves, PLCs, nitrogen, steam).
• Monitor and document observations for all facility equipment including plant safety and power systems.
• Fulfill all completed maintenance work orders daily and help organize them.
• Communicate open work orders with Reliability Manager and transfer details to the next shift.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors as needed.
