DSM-Firmenich in New Ulm, MN, is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Tech for the 2nd shift to ensure safe, efficient operation of plant equipment. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance to support production continuity and continuous improvement.

Qualified candidates have a technical diploma or equivalent in mechanical/electrical engineering and at least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience. CMMS and MS Office proficiency are required. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $35.00-40.00 per hour.In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
