Job summary

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 10 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, and a background in hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs. Supervisory experience and HVAC knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with maintenance experience.
• Associates degree in mechanical/electrical/industrial maintenance is a plus.
• 10 years of progressive manufacturing experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical and industrial skills.
• Preferred experience in a skilled trades supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises the Maintenance Department and coordinates activities.
• Determine schedules and assignments for maintenance work.
• Inspect work areas and ensure safety and compliance with procedures.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Compile maintenance records and supervise training and apprenticeship programs.
