Job summary

Toledo Tool & Die in Maumee, Ohio, seeks an Operations Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations in an automotive stamping setting. You will mentor Production Supervisors and Team Leaders, drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets, and collaborate across maintenance, tooling, and engineering.

The role emphasizes Lean, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making to foster a high-performance culture across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Experience leading production teams in high-volume automotive manufacturing is preferred.
• Lean manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production Supervisors and Team Leaders across stamping, assembly, or related operations.
• Ensure daily production plans are executed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Drive KPIs for safety, quality, OEE, scrap, delivery, and labor productivity.
• Champion safety culture and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Tool & Die, Engineering, and Materials for equipment readiness.
