Highlands Vista Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Arbours at Victoria Place in Prattville, AL. This full-time on-site role oversees maintenance staff, coordinates with vendors, and ensures safety and quality standards across all systems.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of residential maintenance experience, strong mechanical/electrical knowledge, and proficiency with CMMS. HVAC experience and project leadership are a plus, with on-call duties as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential maintenance experience.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams and managing operations.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, including high/low voltage systems.
• Proficient with CMMS for maintenance management and scheduling.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and programmable logic controllers.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills; ability to read schematics.

Responsabilités

• Supervise at least one Maintenance Technician and delegate tasks.
• Oversee service requests, ensuring safety standards are met.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units with vendor coordination.
• On-call rotation as scheduled by the property team.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Inspect contractor work to ensure quality standards and safety compliance.
• Order supplies and manage inventory within budget.
• Respond to resident inquiries and maintenance requests promptly.
