Job summary

ARBOUR VALLEY MANAGEMENT, LLC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor in Prattville, Alabama. The role leads maintenance staff, performs repairs, and ensures service requests are completed promptly to meet Arbour Valley’s standards.

The position requires at least three years of maintenance experience across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC, plus HVAC/EPA/CFC certifications and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years verifiable hands-on maintenance experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• HVAC certified and/or EPA and CFC certified.
• Must be able to work inside and outside in all types of weather.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on maintenance of the property, inspecting and repairing interior/exterior areas.
• Lead and train maintenance staff; assist in hiring, training and performance reviews.
• Ensure service requests are completed promptly, typically within 24 hours.
• Perform preventive maintenance and monitor mechanical equipment (water heaters, HVAC).
• Maintain safety practices and communicate with the Property Manager and staff.
