Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the BRAND NEW lease-up Quincy at Eastfield in Selma, NC. Under the Community Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all physical aspects of the apartment’s community, coordinating and performing maintenance and repair services, ensuring curb appeal and quality of apartment homes, and adhering to safety policies.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; CFC Universal Certification.
• Experience: 5+ years in maintenance and repair for apartment communities.
• Technical: Proficiency in MS Office; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all maintenance of the community and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Maintain records, upkeep curb appeal, and coordinate apartment turns.
• Promote safety, manage inventory, and assist with annual budget input.
