Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the BRAND NEW Quincy at Eastfield in Selma, NC. Under the Community Manager, you will supervise maintenance operations, ensure curb appeal, and respond to service requests.

Candidates should bring at least 5 years of maintenance in apartment communities, a High school diploma or equivalent, and a CFC certification. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi is preferred, plus reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance and repair experience in apartment communities.
• Strong computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office and Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all aspects of maintenance of the community.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Maintain records and monitor operating expenses.
• Coordinate apartment turnovers and capital improvements.
• Ensure safety policies and after-hours emergency coverage.
