Job summary

NRP Group in Selma, NC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the brand-new Quincy at Eastfield community. You will oversee all aspects of property maintenance, coordinate preventive maintenance, and supervise staff to ensure curb appeal and safety.

Strong communication with the Community Manager and vendors is required. Required: high school diploma or equivalent, CFC certification, and 5+ years in apartment maintenance; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CFC Universal Certification.
• At least 5+ years of maintenance/repair experience in apartment communities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all maintenance of the community and coordinate repairs.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Manage inventory, receipts, and vendor coordination; ensure safety and curb appeal.
• Execute apartment turns and coordinate resident moves, while following budget guidelines.
• Coordinate all contracted services and track invoices for timely payments.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure policy compliance across the team.
