Job summary

RADCO is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at Stoney Trace in Charlotte, NC. The role leads a maintenance team across property operations, focusing on preventive maintenance, repairs, and resident satisfaction.

An ideal candidate has 3–5 years in multi-family maintenance, HVAC/EPA Type I/II or Universal, and strong budgeting and leadership skills. The position offers competitive pay, on-call bonuses, full benefits, and growth opportunities within RADCO Living.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of multi-family maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification.
• CPO certification is preferred.
• Strong communication and budgeting skills.
• Knowledge of Federal, State and Local Fair Housing laws, OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a preventative maintenance program.
• Recruit, hire, and train maintenance team members.
• Assist in creating community budget to forecast and maintain operating standards.
• Ensure maintenance supplies are stocked and orders placed.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours.
• Respond to resident requests calmly and promptly.
• Handle on-call emergency service requests with incentives.
• Uphold RADCO’s values of care and professionalism.
• May transport equipment within the community as needed.
• Travel locally for parts or training as required.
