Brookfield Properties seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for Arbors of Las Colinas in Irving, TX. You will supervise the maintenance team and coordinate daily activities across multi-unit residential properties, ensuring high-quality repairs and preventive maintenance.

The role covers mechanical, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks, while interfacing with contractors and vendors. Strong English communication, computer literacy, and relevant HVAC/electrical licenses are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of experience in commercial or multi-unit property.
• Computer and smartphone literacy required.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates maintenance staff.
• Repairs and maintains mechanical equipment, including HVAC.
• Performs carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
• Interfaces with contractors, negotiates bids per bid process.
• Creates written specifications and coordinates vendor bids.
