Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead skilled trades in a fast-paced, unionized manufacturing setting. You will coordinate safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale while driving throughput improvements and maintenance activities. Coaching on SIS problem-solving will be a key focus.

Responsibilities include TPM/CBM/AM concepts, KPI influence (MTBF/MTTR), and kaizen projects to boost OEE and reduce waste. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial automation experience with project management experience.
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required.
• Excellent organization, written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with various levels of employees.
• Ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customers.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting problem solving experience.
• Goal oriented self-starter with ability to lead teams.
• Ability to coach/mentor/develop skilled trade employees.
• Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct skilled trades employees to meet maintenance objectives.
• Coordinate safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale initiatives.
• Drive throughput improvements and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Provide coaching and mentoring on SIS problem solving and corrective action.
• Maintain knowledge of TBM, CBM, DM concepts.
• Influence KPI metrics: MTBF, MTTR, and equipment condition.
• Direct supervision of the Skilled Trades workforce.
• Drive waste reduction via SIS methods and PD activities.
• Lead kaizen projects focused on OEE improvements and waste reduction.
