Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead skilled trades in a fast-paced, unionized manufacturing setting. You will coordinate safety, quality, throughput, and cost initiatives while mentoring teams in World Class Manufacturing problem solving.

Responsibilities include directing maintenance activities, driving continuous improvements, and collaborating with plant leadership to optimize equipment performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial automation experience with project management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interface with all plant levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct skilled trades to meet maintenance objectives in a fast-paced, union environment.
• Coordinate safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale initiatives.
• Drive throughput improvements and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Coach/mentor skilled trades in World Class Manufacturing problem solving and corrective action.
