Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead skilled trades in a Toledo-area manufacturing plant, directing safety, quality, throughput and cost initiatives. You will drive improvements and mentor teams in World Class Manufacturing problem solving.

You will coach hourly and supervisory staff, influence KPI performance, and participate in kaizen activities to boost OEE and eliminate waste while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of industrial automation experience with project management.
• Ability to work any shift and overtime.
• Strong organization and written/oral communication.
• Interpersonal skills to interface with all plant levels.
• Ability to build relationships with leadership and customers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proven troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with leadership of teams.
• Ability to coach/mentor skilled trades.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead skilled trades in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to meet maintenance objectives.
• Coordinate safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale initiatives.
• Drive throughput improvements and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Provide coaching and mentoring on World Class Manufacturing problem solving.
• Lead kaizen projects focused on OEE improvements and waste reduction.
