Job summary

You will develop maintenance schedules, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with engineers and contractors. Weekend/holiday/overtime availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years as a maintenance supervisor or similar role with hands-on electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge in electromechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team; assign tasks, mentor, train, and ensure safe, on-time completion.
• Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, schedules, and checklists for equipment and conveyors.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues promptly.
• Implement regular inspections and preventative maintenance to prevent downtime and identify improvements.
• Manage spare parts inventory, tools, and supplies; ensure accurate stock levels.
• Coordinate communication between maintenance, engineers, and contractors for daily schedules.
