Job summary

Siemens in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our new facility. The role requires flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed, and you will lead the maintenance team to keep conveyors, hoists, and production machines running.

You will develop procedures, schedule maintenance, diagnose issues, implement preventative maintenance, manage spare parts, and coordinate with engineers and contractors to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 3+ years of maintenance supervision experience.
• Experience with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and safety compliance knowledge.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team, assign tasks, mentor, train, and ensure work is safe, compliant, and on time.
• Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, schedules, and checklists; optimize equipment performance.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Implement preventive maintenance and seek process improvements to reduce costs.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Coordinate communication between maintenance, engineers, and contractors for daily schedules.
