Job summary

Atlas Energy Solutions is seeking a Conveyor Maintenance Supervisor to lead a 20+ person team of fixed and mobile mechanics at our Texas operations. You will support safe, efficient operation of conveyors, pumps, diesel engines and control devices, troubleshoot issues, and help develop SOPs and PMs to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Education to read drawings, follow routers and write records.
• 5+ years supervisory experience in industrial/mining fields.
• Knowledge of conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanical repairs.

• Gather technical information for safe, efficient maintenance.
• Develop SOPs and procedures to improve skills.
