Vesta Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to lead the maintenance operations at Marshall Meadows Apartment Homes in San Antonio, TX. This hands-on role oversees day-to-day repairs, preventive maintenance, and on-call coverage to sustain property value and resident satisfaction.

You will manage staff and vendors, coordinate make-ready readiness, track safety and quality, and drive improvements within budget.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of related maintenance experience in apartment communities.
• Apartment community maintenance experience required.
• Proficient in drywall, lock changes, basic electrical, carpentry, flooring and plumbing.
• HVAC Type I and II required.
• Knowledge of REAC/State inspection protocols.
• Experience leading a maintenance team.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and safety.
• Manage inventory and schedule staff and contractors.
• Inspect make-ready units and property curb appeal.
• Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance as needed.
• Coordinate capital improvements and bid processes.
• Maintain logs for inspections and preventive maintenance.
