Vesta Management seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support operations at Marshall Meadows Apartment Homes in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on occupancy, collections, and resident services, with strong emphasis on affordable housing programs such as LIHTC and Section 8.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with site staff, manage leasing activities, and ensure compliance with program requirements while delivering excellent resident experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required, plus 2 years in a similar role.
• Experience with site based affordable housing programs strongly preferred.
• COS and/or CPO Certification strongly preferred.
• Multilingual skills are strongly preferred depending on property needs.
• Must be proficient in email communication.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office suite and property management software (Yardi).
• Background check and drug screening required.

Aufgaben

• Assist Property Manager and staff to maximize occupancy and collections.
• Coordinate leasing, applications, and resident screening.
• Maintain confidential resident records and comply with program requirements.
• Process rent, deposits, and move-ins; manage deposits and certifications.
• Lead marketing outreach to generate leads and rentals.
• Assist in resident retention initiatives and communications.
• Coordinate and process renewals, recertifications, and government paperwork.
• Support maintenance coordination and ensure property standards are met.
