Qualifications

• Experience with site-based affordable housing programs strongly preferred.
• COS and/or CPO Certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support Property Manager in achieving maximum occupancy and collections.
• Coordinate leasing and resident retention efforts.
• Process applications, conduct showings, and prepare lease documents.
