Job summary

Foresight Asset Management, LLC is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee daily maintenance operations at a multifamily community in San Antonio. You will supervise staff, coordinate make‑readies, and ensure safe, appealing living spaces for residents.

The role requires HVAC certification, strong maintenance knowledge across trades, and leadership experience. On‑site work with rotating on‑call duties, competitive pay, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/trade education a plus.
• HVAC certification (CFC/EPA universal) required; CPO or other trade credentials preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, appliance repair, pool/spa, and general facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and inspect maintenance staff work, in‑house and contracted.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs, property inspections, and safety compliance.
• Respond to resident service requests with timely communication.
• Lead unit make‑readies: repair, paint, clean, prepare vacant apartments.
• Diagnose, inspect, repair, or replace maintenance requests across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, flooring.
