Job summary

Nemak USA, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to plan and oversee the maintenance staff, ensuring safe and efficient operations across the facility. This role requires strong leadership to manage maintenance strategies and allocate resources effectively.

You will direct maintenance personnel and contractors, drive preventative programs, reduce downtime, and improve equipment availability and product quality through structured problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree (Technical) required; Bachelor preferred.
• 3+ years CNC maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
• 5+ years in heavy manufacturing; 3+ years in management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all maintenance, facilities maintenance, and projects for the casting plant.
• Oversee maintenance functions with a drive to eliminate repetitive issues using metrics for safe decisions.
• Lead and develop direct reports, supervisors, maintenance technicians, trainees, and interns.
