The ideal candidate has strong industrial mechanical and electrical skills, 10+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, and can coordinate with operations on repair schedules.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance apprenticeship completed.
• 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Electrical experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to prioritize repairs by urgency.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety, EPA, OSHA regulations.
• Service and maintain equipment including motors, conveyors, PLCs.
• Track repairs in Manager Plus and identify recurring themes.
• Perform daily visual inspections of building, equipment, and processes.
• Coordinate with operations on repair schedules and production delays.
• Fabricate parts as needed for repairs.
• Follow Total Preventative Maintenance guidelines.
