Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering, maintenance, or project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams or complex technical functions.
• Expertise in driving reliability improvements and system uptime.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance organization responsible for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across plant equipment.
• Ensure uptime performance meets plant production goals through planning and prioritization.
• Oversee the project engineering team responsible for capital projects.
