Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols.
• Use quality methods to improve production flow and enhance quality.
• Set up and lead team actions aimed at continuous improvement.
• Foster engagement among associates and provide development opportunities.
• Support the HR Manager in managing the relationship with the union workforce.
• Guide the implementation of the plant's future state roadmap.
• Collaborate on supply chain activities for the resin site.
