First Quality in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate the planning and scheduling of maintenance work. This role acts as the liaison between operations and maintenance, ensuring timely, safe, and cost-effective execution of work orders.

Ideal candidates will have a mechanical/electrical background, 10+ years in industrial maintenance, and strong planning/communication skills, with proficiency in CMMS systems such as MP2, SAP, or EAM.

Competenze

• 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience required.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (MP2, SAP, EAM).
• Ability to estimate labor hours and materials.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
