The ideal candidate brings a strong mechanical/electrical background and extensive CMMS experience with MP2, SAP, or EAM.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or electrical background with technical schooling or degree
• Over 10 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Familiarity with CMMS like MP2, SAP or EAM
• Ability to estimate labor hours, materials and plan execution
• Strong communication and mathematical skills
• Proficient reading blueprints and shop drawings
• Ability to mentor others on reliability best practices

Responsibilities

• Principal liaison between the Maintenance department and the plant.
• Receives and screens work orders; ensures necessity of work.
• Estimating labor hours, materials and costs for each job.
• Develops and adjusts maintenance schedules with planners.
• Coordinates with departments to ensure parts availability.
• Maintains backlogs and communicates schedules to teams.
