Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks a Senior Maintenance Planner in Barceloneta, PR to streamline workload planning for the maintenance department and boost productivity. A self-starter who challenges the status quo is essential.

Requirements include an associate degree or equivalent in a trades field, 7+ years in planning or related work, and strong communication skills. Must be able to work for Artech on W2 and coordinate across trades and departments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a trades-related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in Industrial Mechanics, Electronics, Electricity, HVAC, Instrumentation, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in a Maintenance Planning role or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify jobs to be planned and create time and resource estimates by field checks and reviewing work requests.
• Coordinate work with other trades or operating departments, ensuring conformance with standards and specifications.
• Procure equipment, materials, and tools by contacting external suppliers for proposals.
