Job summary

Arconic is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler in Lancaster, PA to support plant objectives by managing 24/7 planning and scheduling of craft personnel and maintenance work. The role will plan, organize, coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks and projects, utilizing in-house staff, contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities include creating detailed daily schedules and outage plans, ordering parts, monitoring work orders and BOMs, and ensuring timely completion with high quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Knowledge of planning tools and maintenance workflows.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily schedules and outage plans with detailed steps.
• Plan, order parts and materials for maintenance work.
• Coordinate between maintenance, production, and engineering stakeholders.
• Own and monitor work orders, BOMs, and project metrics.
• Assist in equipment shutdown planning and post-shutdown reviews.
• Maintain Preventative Maintenance work orders and plans.
