Minerals Technologies Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Planner to estimate, plan, and schedule all mechanical and electrical work across shifts. This role ensures availability of facilities, parts, tools, and skilled personnel to execute work efficiently and safely.

The supervisor also leads OE initiatives within maintenance and reports on time and material usage. The incumbent will coordinate with Production and Maintenance Teams, develop schedules, and drive improvements to PM programs.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree and 5 years’ mechanic experience is required.
• Knowledge of maintenance, inventory and procurement processes is essential.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Estimate and plan all maintenance work for each shift.
• Schedule PM work orders and monitor compliance with frequencies.
• Coordinate parts, materials, tools, and manpower for tasks.
• Maintain and close out maintenance work orders with accurate records.
• Improve maintenance processes and safety practices where possible.
