Job summary

Minerals Technologies Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Planning Supervisor for the on-site role in Adams, MA.

You will estimate, plan, and schedule all mechanical and electrical maintenance for each shift, ensuring parts, tools and personnel are ready to execute work efficiently. The ideal candidate has a two-year technical degree with 5 years’ maintenance experience; a Bachelor's degree and supervisory experience are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in a related field; 5 years’ mechanical maintenance experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree and supervisor experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient with planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Estimate, plan, and schedule all mechanical and electrical maintenance work.
• Ensure availability of facilities, equipment, parts, tools and manpower for planned work.
• Maintain maintenance backlog and ensure timely work order execution.
• Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to optimize PM programs.
• Train and mentor mechanics; maintain safety and quality standards.
