ASR Group, the world’s largest cane sugar refiner, is seeking a Maintenance Planner in Crockett, CA. You will coordinate daily, weekly and monthly maintenance scheduling, forecast needs and oversee maintenance staff to meet reliability goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BS/BA degree preferred.
• 5+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience scheduling, planning, or PM program.
• Experience operating SAP systems preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge with Electrical/PLC knowledge preferred.
• MS Office proficient.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly maintenance scheduling.
• Achieve the set planned preventative maintenance schedule.
• Analyze maintenance repair specifications to determine tools, parts, and human resource requirements.
• Order parts according to lead times.
• Monitor parts inventory levels to achieve necessary levels.
• Update SAP systems with preventative maintenance data.
• Communicate between maintenance and production.
• Supervise maintenance personnel within the area of assignment.
• Maintain 100% reliability by updating inspections and frequencies.
• Ensure GMP and safety policies are followed.
