Job summary

The PAC Group is seeking a Senior Maintenance Planner to lead the design and execution of a data-driven maintenance system for a major manufacturing facility in Warsaw, IN. You will implement IBM Maximo, build preventive maintenance programs, and monitor reliability metrics to maximize uptime and safety.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in industrial maintenance planning, strong RCA and Lean/Six Sigma skills, and experience with CMMS deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• 5–7 years of industrial maintenance planning, scheduling, or reliability engineering.
• Proven experience implementing IBM Maximo CMMS/EAM systems and asset mapping.
• Experience in PM/ PdM program design and reliability analytics.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain a CMMS-based maintenance strategy (Maximo) for all facility equipment.
• Develop and manage a preventive maintenance schedule aligned with OEM guidance and production needs.
• Monitor reliability metrics (MTBF/MTTR/PM Compliance) and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee external vendors and manage maintenance budgets and spare parts planning.
