Job summary

The Maintenance Planner role at PAC Group will drive the maintenance planning and execution for a complex manufacturing facility. You will implement and optimize the IBM Maximo CMMS, develop structured PM schedules, and integrate PdM approaches to maintain asset reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in industrial maintenance planning, scheduling, or reliability engineering.
• Experience implementing IBM Maximo CMMS/EAM and asset mapping.
• Deep expertise in asset hierarchies and criticality assessments for heavy equipment.
• PM program design and PdM technologies (vibration, thermal imaging, sensors).
• Experience with spare parts strategies and EOQ.
• Experience with civil utilities, wastewater, and facility infrastructure.
• Strong KPI knowledge: MTBF, MTTR, PM Compliance; RCA methods.
• Knowledge of OSHA/LOTO and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose maintenance needs and plan preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Oversee CMMS data quality, work orders, and vendor coordination.
• Analyze reliability data to improve uptime and throughput.
• Lead spare parts strategy, budgeting, and ROI tracking.
• Ensure safety/compliance in all maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to optimize equipment.
