• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in industrial maintenance planning, scheduling, or reliability engineering.
• Led CMMS/EAM implementations, specifically IBM Maximo, and asset mapping initiatives.
• Developed asset hierarchies, ID structures, and criticality assessments for heavy manufacturing equipment.
• Designed preventive maintenance programs and deployed predictive maintenance technologies.
• Established spare parts strategies including min/max and EOQ calculations.
• Strong knowledge of MTBF, MTTR, PM Compliance and RCA methodologies.
• Thorough understanding of OSHA/LOTO and environmental compliance.
• Experience applying Lean tools to improve assembly line efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a plant maintenance system covering daily operations and upgrades.
• Oversee CMMS data integrity, maintenance work lifecycle, and vendor coordination.
• Analyze performance data to maximize uptime and ROI across facilities.
